In accordance with Article 72quaterdecies, paragraph 3, of the amended Law of 19 December 2002 concerning the register of commerce and companies and the accounting and annual accounts of undertakings (as introduced by the Law of 15 August 2023 transposing Directive (EU) 2021/2101 amending Directive 2013/34/EU), Irel BidCo SARL, in its capacity as ultimate parent undertaking, has drawn up its report on income tax information (public country-by-country report) for the financial year 2025.
The report has been filed with and is made publicly available, free of charge and in a machine-readable electronic format, on the website of the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register (Registre de commerce et des sociétés).
In accordance with the applicable legal provisions, the publication of the report on the website of the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register fulfils Irel BidCo SARL's obligation to make the report publicly accessible. The report can be consulted at www.lbr.lu.
